Frequently Asked Questions

How do I obtain prescription refills?

Please call during regular business hours (7am – 5pm) to request medication refills. There may be occasions when you will be denied or only given a limited prescription until an appointment is made so your surgeon can evaluate your condition. This is done for your own safety. Our clinic policy is not to refill narcotics after business hours.

What does FACS stand for?

The letters FACS (Fellow, American College of Surgeons) after a surgeon's name mean that the surgeon's education and training, professional qualifications, surgical competence, and ethical conduct have passed a rigorous evaluation, and have been found to be consistent with the high standards established and demanded by the College.
